The basis for many logistics processes in hospitals is knowledge of the hygienic status of the transported goods. Security about the proper cleaning/processing before initiating an order, e.g. for the transport of a defective patient bed to the bed workshop, contributes significantly to improving the safety of staff, patients and visitors.

Stable and traceable hygiene processes are of crucial importance in this context. CLINARIS and WISAG hospital cleaning show how hygiene processes can be designed and documented more efficiently at the joint stand at the Leipzig trade fair med.Logistica from 16.-17. May 2023.

With the intelligent hygiene and process management solution HPM® from CLINARIS, the services of WISAG hospital cleaning can be linked even more closely with the hospital’s value-added process. HPM® shows the location of medical devices to be cleaned in real time and controls and documents the legally prescribed reprocessing process of category I and II medical devices as well as patient rooms / functional rooms.

Processes and the use of human resources are optimized and the maintenance of administrative work is relieved.

In addition, HPM® shows the exact location and the hygienic and technical status of medical devices registered in the system, as well as the actual service life in real time and monitors the legally required maintenance and test dates. With HPM®, the availability of valuable technical medical devices can be increased and the need for expensive excess inventory can be reduced.
