About CLINARIS
The HPM® software solution is developed 100% in Germany by CLINARIS’ in-house development team.
CLINARIS is currently in the ISO 27001 certification process. ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard for information security. With this certification, we ensure that our processes and systems meet the highest requirements in terms of security and data protection.
- Elimination of paper through digital communication: z. B. über durchgeführte Reinigungen, Aufbereitungen, Wartungen, Reparaturen, Prüfungen.
- Reduction of unnecessary travel and transport: Medical devices can be located more quickly in HPM® thanks to real-time location tracking, including clear information on whether they are usable—i.e. cleaned, maintained and free of technical defects.
- Reduction of excess inventory of medical devices: Real-time overview of the location and use of existing medical technology, as well as digital (real-time) defect reports, increase product availability, significantly reducing the need for excess inventory. Fewer devices means less resource consumption and less maintenance and testing effort.

1. Analysis of existing structures: approx. 1-2 weeks
2. Adaption of the software and hardware installation: approx. 3-6 weeks
Yes, HPM® has a modular design and therefore offers a high degree of flexibility. Additional modules can be added at a later point if required, such as the integration of further medical devices, digital defect reporting, or the control and documentation of room cleaning.
Yes. HPM® is highly flexible and can be used in both small and large healthcare facilities. This is ensured, among other things, by the modular structure of the software and a flexible pricing model.
Nursing staff use a solution when it is easy and intuitive to operate and when they clearly recognize its added value in their daily work. This is the case with HPM®. To ensure that HPM® is used intensively and correctly from the start, we train staff before go-live at the facility and offer follow-up training afterwards.
This ensures that all users are familiar with the functions and benefits of our software. The training of so-called “super users” as well as support from nursing management and hospital leadership is particularly helpful in this context.
- Nursing/patient care
- Biomedical engineering
- Hygiene
- Facility management
- Bed occupancy management
- Cleaning

- Logistics
HPM® features a well-designed role and permission concept with different user roles. Each role is assigned a tailored set of tasks and permissions.
Data Protection and Security
